When contacting support, use an in-app channel or verified address. Mask account identifiers and payment details in screenshots; crop notifications and unrelated personal information.

Public Wi-Fi is not automatically unsafe, but it is harder to control. Avoid sensitive account changes on an unknown network, keep the operating system updated, and use normal encrypted sign-in. Do not install a certificate, keyboard, or accessibility service because a stranger says it is required to play.

Game profiles, chat messages, and screenshots can reveal more than intended. Remove phone numbers, email addresses, transaction references, QR codes, and location clues before posting. Treat direct messages offering prizes, account recovery, or private tables as unverified until confirmed through an official route.

If something feels wrong, pause before troubleshooting in public chat. Sign out of other sessions, change the password from the official app, review recent activity, and contact the payment provider if financial information may be exposed.
